H11 Program. For Cleaning Service Workers

Cleaning staff are responsible for keeping premises clean, hygienic, and safe for people. Improper cleaning can lead to the spread of infections, trigger allergies, and worsen living or working conditions. The safety of cleaning work is regulated by the Law on Safety and Health at Work of the Republic of Lithuania, the relevant hygiene norms (e.g., HN 117, HN 15, depending on the purpose of the premises), and the rules for the use of chemical substances and preparations.
